In 2007, Gourmet Village celebrated its 25th anniversary. Their recent Tuscan Village collection was inspired by the family's travels in Italy especially the mountaintop towns and villages, the small vineyards and Olive groves. The Fields of Provence collection came from an earlier trip to the south of France, and their most recent collection, Hacienda, was inspired by a visit to cooking school in the south of Spain.
